Stayed 1 night with our little dog, great location on the Quay. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early so was able to park in the hotel carpark.

Very compact room, signs of damp and flaking paint in room
Nice view over river Torridge but the room was very 'busy' with kettle tea cups all over one piece of furniture, and for sale bits of food over another, very little room
Staff a bit hard to get hold of when checking in or checking out, never even asked us how our stay was, for the price I'd look elsewhere, plus Youngs taverns state booking direct with them is the cheapest offer, it isn't, Agoda and other hotel sites were much cheaper to book through
