We stayed for one night and it was almost perfect. If you are coming specifically for the pool/spa, bear in mind that the facilities are excellent but quite small (and disappointingly on our visit the sauna was out of order).

Although the staff was lovely, I was extremely disappointed in the level of cleanliness and atmosphere. Children were allowed to enter the spa for an hour so the pool was packed. It was loud and dirty. I could hear the jigs screaming and playing during my massage. I went back the following day to try and use the facilities and people were loud. They treated this as a pool at a resort in the Caribbean and not a spa setting. If you are looking for relaxing experience - I won’t go there. Extremely disappointed.
