As others have noted they're renovating the place but not where you'd hear jackhammers. When I checked in there was no obvious reception 'the sign blew over' so I had to walk to the extreme other end of the facilty..it's like a college campus. No fun after traveling all day. My room had one working light so the room was dim. There's a cat tree thing/scratch set up in the room. It's not an easy trek to town so with tip probably $15 each way with Uber. Not horrible just expect quirks as I said. The staff were pretty nice and understanding.
