We stayed here over the Easter bank holiday weekend to trek Malham Cove and visit Skipton town.
Our room was fairly small with enough room to put our bags on either side of the bed. The walls were very thin and we could hear the guests next door. Our room was stuffy and warm, resulting in us leaving the window open all night. The bed was comfy to sleep in and room met our needs.
Breakfast was adequate and included a hot drink, fruit, cereal, juices, and hot breakfast (limited). Not many vegetarian options or pastries available. Staff were abrupt and could improve on their customer service skills.
The restaurant interior was lovely and we enjoyed a nice drink on the balcony on one of the evenings.
There was a good selection of books available for guests to read and a lovely patio for guests to sit down and enjoy a drink. The guests at the hotel were all very friendly. Large car park which was free to use!
