I was the only woman in the hotel, with my baby. all other residents were single men and it just felt really unsafe. It was alright until some lads checked in and kept me awake until 2am banging on the walls and shouting things like “f-ing let me in that room now”… someone in a previous review said prison release people are here and i genuinely believe so. why else would so many men stay here on their own? Not for a holiday .. As for the guys making all the noise, the police came and one was arrested, making me think they actually are prison release, people dont get arrested like that so easily. I left the next morning.
Staff were so kind couldnt fault them.

Room was nice, very small! Bed tiny too. Tv remote had screws in and needed battery replacing.
Get what you pay for; had apparently been a miscommunication between the hotel and Agoda and I was asked to pay on arrival when I’d already paid days before.
After showing confirmation email was given my key, after my phone checked!
Floor in room was so squeaky, couldn’t stand still without it squeaking, felt bad for anyone below us!
Good car park, and in a great location for Torquay!

For a budget hotel I never expected alot but this fell way below budget.
The place seems to be a halfway house for the council. Notices everywhere with 8pm to 8am quiet time, no alcohol, no drugs etc. Biggest problem with that people smoking weed in rooms. At night it becomes quite a different place. Crack heads out the front. Noise was unbelievable, even had a women out of her head at 1.30am kicking the doors in for over an hour. Rooms dirty had blood on towels and walls. Honestly worst hotel we've stayed in. Wrecked the weekend. And it certainly is not a hotel more a hostel.

Got to the hotel after a 4/5 hour drive at night…. It said we could check in up until 11pm. We got there around 9:30/10pm. No one as in the reception to let us in. There was a number in the door, we called about 15 times before someone answered. When they finally did, they said the Agoda booking had been cancelled, but our end, even the the booking was fully active on my Agoda account.
We tried sorting the booking out with them, but towards the end we didn’t feel safe staying here. Just look at the other reviews too! Didn’t want to leave my partner here during the day at all!
Luckily we found a more fitting hotel, who gladly took us in, even at 1am! Tor park hotel - which was v basic, but a lot more friendly and professional non the less!
