Positives:
Cleanliness: The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean.
Friendly Staff: Zed, the keeper lady, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Free Wifi.
Areas for Improvement:
Room Size: Both bedrooms were narrow and felt tight.
Access: We had to climb two flights of stairs to reach our rooms.
Room Service: Despite our request not to make up the rooms, one bedroom and the bathroom were tidied while we were away.
Shower Issue: The electric shower device couldn't be used consecutively; it may require 10 minutes between showers.
Bathroom Ventilation: The bathroom fan didn't seem to work, leading to poor air circulation in the summer, especially with only one side of windows. Gladly fans were provided to help.
Parking: The car park was extremely tight, prompting me to park on the street to avoid scratches.

I had read good reports about this hotel so thought I'd try it. It was adequate for my needs as I was out a lot visiting friends and family but it was not what I expected. The first room I was shown to had someone already staying in it! I was then "upgraded" to a large room which was fine but rather cold. There was no breakfast on offer, no lounge or in fact no staff around for my entire stay. Cleaners however, came in some time during the day which was good but I never saw them.
