We have stayed here a couple of times now. Their larger superior rooms were lovely and spacious and mostly clean. The bed was large and the sheets fresh as you would expect. The issues we had was the shower which had the handles broken and the dials missing which lever does what. I was lucky enough to have a similar shower so we were able to figure it out with little issues. The water pressure was also an issue. The windows are old and typical of the age of the building so noise at night can be heard but is to be expected. I will end with saying there is a great carpark at the rear and is a good send being in the city centre. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay.
hotel has been greatly improved since last visit. Large well equipped bedroom with tea/coffee & biscuits.
Clean throughout.
Friendly welcome from staff. Well stocked bar with good value cocktails.
Only had the regular breakfast but it was massive & very tasty indeed.
Great location with free parking.
Will be back

Staff was not really nice
They don’t even try to help luggage to upstairs
There is no elevator
But good prices!!!!!!!!!!! For the bicester village only 10min walking distance

Stayed for one night. Room very spacious, nice big comfy bed which looked clean. The bathroom was mostly clean except someone had obviously used it and didnt flush the toilet before I even entered the room. The windows looked single glazed which meant I could hear every little thing outside and were dirty. There are holes on the wall and stains on the carpets. The wardrobe was spacious and the dressing table was nice and big although the tv sat on it taking up space. The bed was comfy which was the highlight. The room could be lovely if the little things were dealt with.
