Great stay was a ideal base for what we needed, the kitchen was great, lovely large garden, and the rooms were good

There were no curtains so I had to rearrange the furniture so I could turn away from the light coming in the patio doors. There was no soundproofing and as its so close to Heathrow planes are roaring overhead every minute so you're not getting a quiet evening.
The room was ok, but there was no ensuite even though it was big enough to have one. The shared toilet was in the hall and the shared bathroom was upstairs. If I'd realised this I would never have booked it.
Even though there was a kitchen, with fridge, cooker, oven, etc., in the room, there were only flat plates and I had to eat my breakfast out of a glass.
I also had trouble with access and Agoda. I received an email asking for a deposit but Agoda told me I had already paid. I couldn't get in the room because I hadn't paid a deposit and went around in circles. 6 calls to 2 different numbers later, I was assured the people asking for a deposit were genuine and after paying, I was finally given access.
Not a good experience so I can't recommend.
