What a great stay. The rooms were massive, clean and modern and very well priced. Excellent location for the sights of Dublin. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend staying here. I’ll be back myself!

We booked and fully paid for 3 nights, however after the second night they said we did not have a reservation and had to vacate our room immediately. I had all the paperwork for the reservation and the payment but they didn't want to hear about it. They put us up in a unacceptable hotel for the night and this all happened on the day we had our granddaughter of 9 months while her parents attended the Steeler game, At this point NO MONEY has been refunded! My daughter after the game went to the hotel with all the paperwork and they did not want to hear it. So I would not recommend this hotel because of our situation I would never want this to happen to another family!!
