Only reason I wouldn't recommend, is due to very noisy guests. Had asked for a quiet room, and placed in courtyard which was fine. However, as this was a downstairs room, when the very rowdy guests who were staying in the room above came back, there is NO soundproofing, and they were incredibly noisy banging and clattering, no chance to sleep at that point. You could literally hear everything including conversations.
Breakfast was good and staff were lovely but would not stay here a second time. Topsham has very limited parking, but the high street has some great independent shops.

Lovely room and facilities and fabulous food and service in the restaurant. Location also wonderful. The early am bottle bank emptying was a tad noisy but did not ruin our lovely short stay.
