It was quiet and relaxing. We lived our room decor. It was nice to have the availability of tea downstairs and coffee in room. The popcorn and granola bars were also a nice convenience for a quick snack on the go. We appreciated the self checkin and communication through the app was very customer service oriented.

This is hands down my favorite place to stay in buffalo. The suites are all absolutely stunning , with the Kennedy being my favorite . Erin , the manager is 100% on point all the time. She gets you all into you need in a timely fashion , is communicable and reachable. The housekeeping staff is pleasant and professional when I’ve passed them in the hallway , and the entire facility is immaculate . I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel anywhere in this country. It’s an absolute must .
