    Definitely going to book again this hotel! The hotel is a perfect spot to have a vacation in Chicago. Plus, the friendly staff, Raymond, is so kind and nice!! Hoping that future bookings will meet him! So helpful and friendly!

    Initial check in was great. Reserving room was great. This hotel charges half when making reservations. This allowed us to come up with the other half at check in. The hotel gave us vouchers for breakfast every day we stayed..the breakfast host was amazing. We had vouchers for 2 drinks a night, 4 water bottle waters and $10 off vouchers for dinner . The hotel had a rooftop bar that was awesome with a great view on 29th floor. Our last night there the bartender *** was awesome. Our room had a nice view from 5th floor and a nice stand up shower. Everything in area was walking distance so much to do. The money was worth it. We will definitely be back here again.

    Staff was rude and would not respectfully honor my Agoda reservations, she kept pushing this package to a point that she wouldn’t even check me or my party in it was so disgusting and embarrassing. It inappropriate when a professionally respected establishment like this one don’t honor it’s responsibilities and commitments. I do have the records of the particular lady in question it’s shameful
