The staff at check in was so polite, helpful, BUSY! They seemed like they were running to keep up. Overnight I couldn’t get the heat to work, then in the morning not hot water? Then the restaurant wasn’t open as it was scheduled to be over an out earlier. The number left in the room for assistance was unanswered. When I got downstairs other guests had all the same complaints. I thought it was just my room? The entire place was dark and nobody to be found. There was a note on the front desk with a different number to call. Just then a manager arrived who seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. I think the staff left in the night or didn’t show up. The place is adorable. The restaurant the night before was amazing! I didn’t stick around. I just checked out. Probably won’t go back.
