    This platform has a real problem and be careful since the way they manage helpline is a 1 way ticket. If there are charges with the hotel that needs to be paid, it should be clearly mentioned. Not only it was not clearly mentioned, they handle it and will Waste travelers a lot of time. Play safe and don’t ever use Agoda platform. Unrelated platform to be trusted

    Stayed with my family for 2 nights everything was perfect loved the rooms bathroom was nice great location close to everything within walking distance staff members were polite & helpful pool was clean valet service was exceptional definitely recommend

    Arrived and elevator inoperable. Was informed by staff it would be fixed that night. Had to take service elevator with luggage. Staff on elevator said to dial 0 if needed to return down and someone will guide me. Changed my evening plans so I wouldn’t have to do that. Called The next mourning and was told by “Marie” the elevator still was not working, and I HAD to use the stairs from the top floor. ALOT of misinformation and inconveniences.
