Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Easy self checkin with passcodes received a few days prior. The room is cosy and the bed is comfortable with fresh bed and towel can be made if requested. The accomodation is near the thermal bath which is a bonus. Would def book again

The hotel itself is next to the baths but up to a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage and are taking public transportation.
Additionally The response from customer service was abysmal.
This agency needs to do better with herself check-ins or get out of the business.
We customers need responses to our requires within 15 minutes. This is necessary when dealing with check-in issues with the keys and the codes.
I had received neither an email this company the day before my check-in.
I received my check in codes 1 hour before check-in! This was unacceptable and caused me undo stress during my vacation as well as 2 hours with Agoda customer support, in which they were also not getting an immediate response from the property.
The agency that runs the Adams claimed that they had sent me emails, none of which I received, and they did not own up to their insufficiency in this regard.
The room it's off at the property was nicely appointed however with ridiculous charges like 8 Euros for a pen if you happened to take it with you. Other hotels actually invite you to take their pens with their logo on it for advertising purposes. Not this place!
Additional to note is that I did not see any information outside of the property door for contacting their customer service should you have a problem on the spot.
