Exceptional stay—great service, perfect location, and a truly comfortable experience. The only thing is they mentioned an elevator in the hostel, but there wasn’t one. It would be helpful to update the info for future guests.

It's a small, sparsely furnished room for the price we paid but hey that's switzerland for you lol. Stayed for 2 nights. Good enough since we were out for most of the day anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, room was clean and warm. Do note that there is no elevator - it's a small cute historic building - so if you have lots of luggage, that might be a concern. Free use of warm lounge with a sink, microwave, tea and coffee, and the ground floor is their cafe.

Hotel is located at Interlaken west but walkable to other more bustling parts of interlaken. The room I had looked dated but in good order (bathroom looked refreshed) . There is no lift so you will have to lug luggage up at least one floor or more depending on which room you get. Breakfast is provided and the cafe has a nice ambience with outdoor and window seats that look out into a pretty street with a stream nearby.
