Location far from city but you can reach by metro. It's just 1min walk from hotel

Overall, I won't recommend this place unless you're going to be living here for a week or more. It's a university hotel that is sustainability-friendly, but not suitable for travelers. I'd choose other hotels the same price in Lausanne because they have a more "hotel" atmosphere, and the reception treats you better.
The room is very clean, but looks like a college dorm, especially the bathroom. No glass cups, no tissues, no toothbrush, no kettles in the room (they have a hot water distributor at the reception), no free coffee.
