The thermostat was faulty & not working. We didn’t know at 1st but as room became colder & colder by 6pm, we started asking all out other neighbours for help as they r europeans & are more familiar with heaters. All of them tried to adjust but the temperature just refuse to rise. We had to endure the super cold room (plus it was raining) till Sweet Inn staff finally send us 3 units of protable heater as its was just too cold to sleep. It took Sweet Inn ages to send someone. Very slow response. Unit is 15-20 mins walk to the Gran place. OK supermarket, bakery is just at the corner. Lots of restaurants around. The station is just 10mins away.
