SureStay Plus by Best Western Point Richmond

I got the KIng room and it was amazing. It had a spacious modern bathroom and the main room was spacious enough for king size bed side tables, a club chair (this one was a bit tight in the corner but it fit and was comfortable) and a large almost wall-to-wall counter with marvel housing the flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, closet, large desk with chair, dresser... it was all one unit like a super long but skinny dinning table with marbel top. Room also had a lot of extra modern outlets with attached lamps and additional reading lamps on each side of bed, usb ports and other ports, and even a smart tv. there was plenty of space for hallway from the entrance to the back wall, bathroom location. Minor complaints, I wish overall the room was 1% larger to accomodate some of the furniture that was slightly (almost nothing) too tight, the windows need additional curtains, such as sheer for privacy and light, in addition to the standard blackout rolldown curtains already installed....these should be installed so that you are able to roll them up in order to crack the top of the window seal and get some light, while obtaining privacy at the street level. Some of the power outlets were malfunctioning. Perhaps some instructions for paring your device onto the tv and housekeeper was stingy with the towels, which prompted me reaching out to night reception for more, and these were not available to guests until the morning. Demeanor was short and dismissive as well. The daytime reception were quite amazing both in person and over the phone.

The Bed was big and comfortable. The hot water was great and the shower pressure was lovely. The property was very quiet. Also, parking was never a problem.
