    I recommend for quality, price, staff, room cleanliness. Other hotels nearby might be cheaper, but there's a good reason why (roaches, unclean beds..etc.)

    Parking is limited and too narrow. Not advisable to bring suvs. Wifi unstable. Everything else okay.

    Photos trompeuses, chambres minuscules, impossible d'ouvrir ma valise, pas assez de place. Salle de bain aussi petite. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus à partir de 7h00. Je n'y retournerais jamais.

    Felt unsafe during stay, people can just go in and out of the building and staff doesn’t even know who’s booked or not. There was a time where a staff and a homeless guy were arguing and shouting inside the hotel. The manager rudely accused me of eating breakfast while not staying at hotel without proof and I’m showing her my booking confirmation but didn’t bother to listen. She was corrected by one of her staff and didn’t even apologized. Wifi is gone for an entire day and didn’t get resolved after reporting it. Noise from outside can be heard in the room, also has a weird smell and breakfast is bad. They also took a photocopy of my credit card which seems prone to card stealing. The only positive is it’s near to The Grove but walking late outside feels unsafe
