This room did not resemble a disabled. I am a below the knee amputee. I require a seat in order to shower and hand grips in order to use the toilet. This is what all disabled rooms I have booked over the past 4 years come with. One hand rail on the inside wall over the bath and a seat at the far end of the enclosure 7 ft from the shower head just won’t cut it. I request a partial refund for my stay . *** ***

All in all the stay was pretty good. The only complaints I have is that the floors were very dirty. Spilt some water wiped it up with a paper towel and then when I looked at the paper towel after wiping the floor it was literally black from the floor.. Staff is super nice and helpful! Good area with lots of stuff right next to the hotel. Also the coffee maker looked like it had mold in it. Didn’t use it obviously but looked in it cause I thought about it and it had little bits of what looked like mold or dirty dust in it idk.
