Sunrise House is such an excellent value on Koh Yao Noi! To be on the waterfront and beach with epic views. The same views all the 5 star resorts have along the eastern coast. We got up for every sunrise on our 4 night stay because the views were just that incredible. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was solid. The pool was clean and nice for when the tide went out. The rooms themselves are nothing special, but basic, clean, and large. Air conditioning was excellent. Only complaint was the rooms aren’t very sound dampening, so you hear and feel the neighbors. In all, an excellent choice and value and we are very pleased we stayed here and would stay again.

Great example of quiet bungalow style accommodation at a budget reasonable price point. Right on the door step of the beach. You get a breakfast of pancakes, eggs and fruit which we were satisfied with. There’s a bar right next door too. Walking distance from a pier you can depart for snorkeling and diving.

Hotel location was very good but area around was very dirty, dead plants in the pots laying around, beach part not clean, broken sunbeds. Very basic but could be done better
