    Hotel claims to be 4 star but it is not meeting the standard. Some things are missing for it to be such (pillows, towels, paper tissues, also they didn't clean our room next day). Main issue we encountered was with AC that didn't work and it was extremely hot few days, also room facing sun in the afternoon so hot air gets trapped, felt like 45 degrees. Also AC is positioned behind the curtains so it blows air that doesn't get into the room. We asked to fix it, while we went out, they did not fix it but made it worse, it could only blow how air after that. Otherwise hotel is nice overall, good location, end of old town. Standard rooms are very small.

    The hotel don't deserve 4 stars. I booked hotel for two nights. The room we were given was old and very basic like you get in 1 star hotels. Very disappointed and decided to not use the hotel at all.
