We had arrived 1 PM and Chek In time was 3 PM. It was raining and we had to stand on the road till 3 PM to wait for the access codes amd they did not accept early check in request

I don’t understand the comments about difficulties getting in. Everything was super smooth.
Only two things I would like to mention is that you need to check in via a website and that was a bit of a hassle as I didn’t get the link etc(Agoda chat redacts external links) and second thing was my room was freezing cold. I came from Thailand, landed late and the radiator provided took two days to heat up the room. By the time of checkout the room was a nice and comfortable temperature 😅

Unfortunately the room temperature was very low because the central heating didnt work and there was a small electric heater that did not do much. For summer worth to mention no airco only a table fan
