Cant review the staff as i did not see any staff during my stay. i checked out and checked in via online instructions. i did see some guests though. everything is automated. :) online communication is okay.
i love my room, functional and aesthetic. every corner is well thought and all items are working. love the bed. common room for the hotel guests have activities. lobby coffee is available 24/7.
its near a station, so all good. walking distance. i think its safe as I did not encounter any issues as a solo traveller.

The front door was locked and would only open if someone remotely was available to answer the phone.
The check-in needs to be done on a small tablet by the guests, and that tablet was not functioning because the whole central IT system had an issue during those days. Despite the fact it was a known issue, there was no other solution provided/posted and there was no staff on site after hours. You'd be on your own and at the mercy of the remote staff behind a speaker to pick up your call and tell you that you'd have to wait for the security guard to arrive at his own schedule for the patrolling. Then you'd be waiting with other mishap guests for an hour for the guard. The worst was that the security guard spoke no English and was under stress to even try to communicate with you. He would then have to call his supervisor, and his supervisor would have to call the agency, who is sub-contracted by STAYERY. Then the agency would need to get the authorization by STAYERY's staff somewhere remotely, and communicate back down level by level. Any of those guys at night would be at break or not available to pick up the phone. The check-in could take you a few hours. It was a nightmare.
