    The property offers excellent value with spotless cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Facilities are top-notch, including reliable Wi-Fi, and well-maintained bathrooms with hot water. The location is good, though not perfect, the area looked a bit sketchy with graffiti but it was an easy walk to most things. Overall it provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    The property offers great value for money - the rooms are spacious and the facilities are well-maintained. The hotel is approx 15 min walk from the centre which is convenient. Clean environment and friendly staff are also a plus, would book this hotel again.

    The hotel is in a good location (close to most tourist attractions) but very limited facilities. Room sizes are small for a family of 3 as there isn't enough space to even keep your luggage once you open the sofa cum bed. The whole experience was made worse by two very rude female receptionist staff. I met one during check in and the other one next day evening but both of them were very rude to us. I have stayed in many hotels across 25+ countries now but haven't seen such rude staff. Something for management to consider to improve guest experience.
