Love everything about this hotel - after a seamless check in - I was able to run along MAIN River ! Thomas at the reception was so helpful and didn’t forget my special request for the iron in the room. The breakfast is homely with healthy choices and vegetables and greeted by very lovely lady! My room was huge and the location ensures quietness yet proximity to the city ! As I was so happy I’m returning next week

My third stay here. Nice, clean hotel. Rooms facing street can be a bit noisy. Rooms to the back nice and quiet. This is my go to hotel in Frankfurt. It is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. There is a tram stop steps away from the hotel door, which makes getting to downtown super easy and fast. The south train station is closeby also, if one would like to avoid the Hbf area, as that area can be a bit overwhelming. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast room. My favorite thing is having a refrigerator, micro in room, as well as a coffee maker. Desk is staffed limited hours, but there is a check in machine to left of the door. If you will arrive after hours, pay special attention to the instructions they send you for self check in. There is an elevator, which stops between floors, so you will have to carry bags up or down a few steps.

Though small but with Germany efficiency, the hotel rooms are nice with great location. Close to museum Mile- the first museum is probably 7 minutes walk and then 5-6 museums in 15 minutes walk. Nice neighborhood with bunch of eating places, coffee shops and groceries. Never used but access to tram is like 2 minutes walk. Myzeil which is a nice shopping mall is 23 minutes walk but on the way bunch of shops are available and people hanging out. The hotel staff is very pleasant and nice, cleaning staff doesn’t know English which is ok. They replenish snacks and water/beer in the fridge every day. The best thing I did was paying for breakfast in the hotel charges and it was really good. Really very happy with our experience and would like to come back or recommend. Don’t remember the names of front desk people but they were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a 4 star hotel (not too sure about European standard) but very good experience. Every room is themed after a sports star and we stayed in Maradona room and my kids stayed in Ronaldo room. One piece of advice is to work to better the quality of mattresses.
