The main thing is that the area looks quite sketchy at first, both on Google and in-person. However having stayed for 3 days it was fine, you get to live beside a bustling local market and eat non-tourist priced bread, fruits and meats.
The hotel itself is rather small, no elevator, toilet is quite small for European standards, and for our 2nd floor stay, the curtains didn’t reach the floor, so it was technically possible for someone to peek in from the ground floor at any point.
But, the hotel was clean, the people were friendly and offered laundry services. Overall a decent place to stay to save money and stay in a more local environment.

I stayed here for 2 days. The hotel is situated near a market area and close to Basmane Gar railway station, bus station and metro station. The hotel does not have any Lift and it was a big inconvenience to carry big luggage to 3rd floor. The receptionist was kind enough to guide us the option for commute to airport. There was another issue with the AC heating as it would not increase the room temperature above 23-24 degree celsius. This may be good for people who live in colder places, but coming from hotter regions it is an issue. If you are carrying big luggages, probably consider hotels which has lift. If you are a backpacker coming during non-winter season, then this is probably a good hotel.
