Who turns off the water in the middle of the day so we won't take a shower in the hotel? Then you call maintenance and no hope and let alone water. This is not acceptable. I felt humiliate.

General cleanliness and maintenance are lacking. The elevator reminded me of Resident Evil 3. It has a sauna and a pool on the terrace until 8 p.m. The room size is fine. There are few towels; they only provide one hand, and the quality of these is low. There are cafes, restaurants, and burger joints in the same building; you can stock up there. There's a health food store with gluten-free options; they close early.
