Value for money with meals included.
The young receptionist who spoke good English was extremely polite and helpful when our car had a punctured tire. However, the big Bulgarian lady receptionist was rude and refused to help make a follow up phone call to the car rental company.
The thermal spring water was a disappointment compared to the ones in Japan or Korea. The water wasn’t warm at all even for the outdoor Japanese onsen.
