The location was great on a very big quiet property with private pool and plenty of free parking spaces. Private swimming pool. 10 minutes walking distance to Port Grimaud Beach. 15 minutes drive to St Tropez or to Pampelonne beach. Rooms size is ok in the Family building with sliding door to make another room. Part of the room were a bit outdated and there was mold around the bathtub which is very bad. Internet didn't work well at all. Staff was friendly and check-in very fast. All rooms with balcony and view or partial view to the pool
