Visited Nanjing last Dec with my elderly mom and stayed at this property for 3 nights after we moved from one of the renowned hotel chain as I was attracted by its heritage interior decor..
Had booked a room with balcony and River/Canel View, however weather was too cold to make good use and enjoy siting at the balcony.
The room was clean, nicely furnished with an olden touch, room facilities and condition are well-maintained. TV using good media system that offered good entertainment needs.
It’s winter during our stay and the AC could be adjusted accordingly to our needs, unlike at the previous property, perpetually on heater mode and couldn’t be adjusted.
All the Front Desk Manager and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, good to mention Xiao Lin and Xiao Zhao for their warmth and attentive service rendered during our stay, especially to my elderly mom, likewise from the housekeepers.
Should we revisit Nanjing, we would like to consider this hotel again.
