We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we experienced issues. After booking through Agoda, we had already paid some extra charges. However, at check-in, we were asked to pay even more—not just the tourist tax, which is understandable, but also a club fee for things like access to the pool area, entertainment (which we didn’t even use), and sunbeds by the sea. They also wanted to charge us for cleaning services, which seemed unreasonable since this is a hotel, not an Airbnb—such services should be included in the price.
In total, they tried to charge us over €100 extra. When we refused to pay—because none of these fees were mentioned on Agoda—they agreed to charge us only the tourist tax for the time being.
When we entered the room, we noticed the floor wasn’t entirely clean, there was a dirty knife in the sink, and the balcony was dusty and clearly not cleaned. Since we hadn’t paid the extra charges, no one came to take out the trash during our stay—but we accepted that.
Another issue was at the beach: if both of us wanted to lie on sunbeds, we had to pay extra again. Otherwise, we were only provided with chairs. The beach itself is rocky, making it uncomfortable to enter the water.
As for the room, the walls were very thin—it was noisy at night, and we could hear music and other guests running, shouting, and slamming doors, which made it hard to rest.
We do not recommend this hotel.
