I’m sure these properties were once very nice, but they are clearly showing significant wear—especially Apartment ***.
Check-in was easy, but the added parking fee—nearly $100 for the weekend through a third-party—was an unwelcome surprise.
The apartment itself was very basic, with noticeable issues throughout. The bedroom carpet was stained, and while the sheets appeared to be cleaned, they had visible brown stains, to the point I had to find housekeeping to get more. The living room furniture was also stained, and one of the table legs was broken. Additionally, the AC temperature could not be adjusted, so whatever it was preset to is what you were stuck with.
The biggest issue—and what ultimately led to two sleepless nights—was the extremely loud fan in the bedroom. It sounded as if it was malfunctioning. Because the thermostat was locked, the fan had to remain on, making it impossible to sleep without earbuds.
Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable place close to the Strip and don’t mind late-night hallway noise from returning partygoers (around 3:30 AM) or staying in a minimally maintained apartment, this may work for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The property offers excellent value. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was good. Too bad the pool was not heated. The location was good for walking downtown.

I booked the Sentral for a conference at Music City Center, which is less than 2 blocks away. This is an Apart-hotel, which means you don't get housekeeping, room service/restaurant, or some other amenities found in hotels in its class. Instead, you get a typical one-bedroom apartment (not just a studio) with full kitchen and washer & dryer for less than what the nearby Holiday Inn was charging. Large pool and gym were available, as well as work space and lounge. The staff was solid and provided luggage storage.

be prepared to have to pay to park! $80 extra dollars for a spot for two days. the apartments could use a little cosmetic tlc and there’s no clear instructions on how to get in the building, what your door code is, exc. some better communication or people to help would be great. or even some signs with instructions
