The concept of this place is unlike most other hotels. They don't service the rooms daily. At the end of your stay you are expected to take out the trash yourself.
But what you get is a clean, cheap roof over your head in an excellent location. The room is also quite large. The staff are helpful. The WiFi and shower were both good.
The main downside was no air conditioning. During the summer heatwave Europe was experiencing, it made the room uncomfortably hot, especially at night.

This apartment/hotel is located easy walking distance from the train station and in the heart of the city. You’re near the restaurants and the attractions and from a location standpoint I would say it’s pretty hard to beat. The room interior is dated and cabinet doors and a few other things may be slightly damaged. But it was clean and we would stay there again. They have an elevator for those of you who have difficulty carrying your bags up steps.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was great. However the photos online were misleading as the room we had was shabby and broken. The water heater was directly above the toilet and we both banged our heads several times. The finishes in the bathroom were broken and ragged. The bedside light was just hanging by a thread and did not work. I would attach photos but no opportunity to do that here.
