Hotel is in a convenient location, next to Englis de Pantin Metro station on line 5, which gives you access to Gare du Nord in 15 minutes and easy connections to many other metro lines, making it quick and easy to get around.
It's great value for money given the easy access to central Paris.

We stayed for six nights. Overall, our experience was pleasant but had some issues. The location is peaceful, and the hotel is close to the Metro Station. Halal food options are available nearby at Turkish restaurants. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can buy almost everything. Other nearby amenities include additional restaurants, a bank, an ATM, a mobile shop, and general stores. We faced a few problems because there was no hotel staff from Saturday at 12:00 pm until Monday morning. We arrived at 12:15 pm on Saturday, but no one was there, and we had not received the self-check-in instructions email. The self-check-in machine was malfunctioning, but a kind lady staying at the hotel helped us check in; otherwise, we would have ended up nowhere. On Monday morning, we spoke with the hotel staff and requested staff to arrange hot water in our studio apartment. Our booking was fully paid, including all taxes. But the hotel staff collected €52.34 in taxes and held €150 as a security deposit on my card, which was not mentioned on the Agoda website. Five days have passed, but the security deposit has not been refunded yet. I am unsure when I will get this money back.

Location of hotel is good, less than 100n from train station. Room has a small kitchen, can cook simple meals and make coffee.
Bed is King size and super comfortable.
I want to specially mention one of their staff, Ms Tahoa. She is so patient, helpful and goes way out to make our stay super pleasant. She helps in many ways, even way beyond her work hours. Super thumbs up !!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
Firstly, there was a serious hygiene issue. The bed appeared to have some kind of infection or contamination, which unfortunately got transferred to my fiancée’s hand. I’ve attached a photo as evidence — it’s quite concerning and honestly unacceptable for any hotel standard.
Secondly, I had already paid for breakfast as part of my booking, but upon arrival, I was told that breakfast is not served on Sundays. Then, because Monday was Easter Monday, they also didn’t serve breakfast that day. This was never clearly communicated in advance. As a result, I had to spend an additional €38 out of pocket just to arrange breakfast elsewhere.
It simply doesn’t make sense to charge guests for a service and then not provide it. Between the hygiene concerns and the lack of accountability regarding prepaid services, this experience was extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend staying here.
