The host was fantastic, welcoming and went above and beyond to help out travellers with recommendations for attractions, day trips, and food. Breakfasts were delicious! Located outside of the city of Galway, 10minute drive but easily accessible- I would also rather be in the countryside than the busy city. 10/10 from me.

Thank you Derek for a lovely stay in your home. We didn’t have a car so were reliant on buses to get to Galway and Oranmore. The property is a good walk away from the bus stops but worth it for the amazing peace and quiet and delicious food!

Our first B/B and it couldn’t have been better. Derrick was an exceptional host and planner and breakfast maker! Lovely quaint but up to date house with all the modern luxuries. The rooms were very well organized and laid out perfectly. Galway city centre is a 15 minute to 30 drive away depending on traffic. private bathrooms are very small but this is to be expected. You may even hear some cows A very welcoming B/B.

Would absolutely come back and stay here. Derek was wonderful, welcomed us as soon as we got in and helped us get settled. The rooms were lovely and clean and the views around the property are stunning! There was a list of recommended restaurants, places to go, etc. in the rooms. Breakfast was included and was delicious!
