    Stay here for 3 nights, staff was very helpful from cleaner to counter. Room was clean. Location wise 10/10, very near to all tourist attraction places and all within walking distance, no worries on food and souvenir

    Excepts the convenient location, this hotel needs to upgrade room. It is old. Lighting is bad and dull. They seems focusing on the outdoor areas and garden more, but guess cares more about the room. It's impossible to communicate with staff in English. Yes, I'm aware Chinese donot speak English well but at least working in hospitality, please show some interest to learn basic to help guess
