First id like to say that to be fair, the hotel was amazing! Though outdated, and needs a little upkeep, the spa was a wonderful experience, including food at breakfast and the location is strategic! 15 mins from st moritz, bus stop is accessible (70m away).
However our stay was made uncomfortable when a male staff (we assume is the manager because he was wearing a grey suit) barged in our room without notice, opened it with his keys without even knocking. I was in the bathroom with the door slightly ajar so I panicked that this could happen. He brought a champage bottle and asked us if we ordered it (saying another guests name) and when my fiance told him we didnt order any, he went out without saying anything. It was the maid with him that apologized, even so, he shouldve made an effort to explain his actions.
Further more upon check in, i already paid 3 separate transactions for our 3 rooms, for the city tax. I have the receipts but at check out the insisted that one room is not paid and because i didnt have time to argue anymore i just paid for it again, it seems their records keeping is not organized.
Other than that other staff were very helpful and polite, its just the manager and the front office that we had problems with. A bit worrisome as ofcourse security us very important for foreign guests like us.
I hope this issue can be addressed or atleast an explanation be given as to why the manager acted in such manner.
