I booked this hotel through Agoda after seeing a listing clearly stating the room included two queen beds. However, when I arrived, the room only had one full bed. I immediately contacted the front desk and showed them my booking confirmation, which clearly indicated two queen beds.
Instead of resolving the issue, the front desk staff insisted that because I paid ***, it could only be for one full bed. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, even after I provided proof of my reservation.
It was already 10:00 PM, and I didn’t want to continue arguing late at night, so I reluctantly stayed in the room.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also unacceptable. There was hair on the bed, visible blood stains on the curtains, and mold in the shower.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
