Our room was huge, but the layout was a bit illogical: it included a kitchen area but absolutely no utensils. Breakfast, however, was great.

The location was amazing. Close to everything! The breakfast was totally delicious, with many different options. The staff was really helpful the only thing the internet was a little bit slow.

Location was perfect, just across the Hauptbahnhof. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kept our small luggage at the hotel, since we arrived a little too early, while we explored the town. We were then even allowed to check in early. Room was spacious, with functional kitchen. Bathroom was relatively clean and spacious as well. Although I think, perhaps they could provide pairs of slippers, bottled waters, and/or hygiene kits (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) next time. Food was fairly okay, nothing special. All in all, our stay was rather good.

Room big, but layout strange. Bathroom very old and shower sooo small you can barely move inside. Double bed is composed of 2 separate mattresses....not comfortable at all. Noisy if your room faces the main street with trams and other traffic. You can only get 1 room key. Had an unexpected visit from my child (16 years old). They charged extra but failed to provide any extra bed/sofa. So we were all "forced" to sleep in the one bed. Night guard at reception will keep a sleeping position and will be reluctant to leave his city sofa to let you into the hotel. Breakfast with limited choices, disappointing point, especially after reading all the nice breakfast reviews.
