Very clean and warm with a great comfortable bed.
Plenty of space in bedrooms.
Could do with dressing table and chair in bed room
Staff very friendly, check in no problem.
Choice for breakfast was great.

We felt the room was tired, it had mould in a couple of places and the hanging space consisted of a 'pop-up' style hanging rail with 3 hangers. Bath towels where just that not bath sheet size which we sort of expected for the price of the room. Also found it awkward to clamber over the bath to have a shower. Not ideal but we didn't realise it was a special weekend in Chester - we were just meeting up with family to celebrate my late brother-in-law.
