I love the potential for this hotel. Excellent location. Simple plan and appropriately sized rooms for the French Quarter. It remains sadly a little rough around the edges. No elevator. The rooms without balconies are not good. The worst process is confirming your reservation on line, check-in and navigating the website to get the security codes. I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with over 15 separate texts from two different numbers. I never received a full digital confirmation of the security codes. Unless you are willing and patient enough to go through the frustration of the online process, I can’t recommend this. Nonetheless, lots of potential and I won’t give up the fight for improvement! Please, Roami, get your act together! Stop punishing your customers.
