Ideally placed for events at Scone Racecourse. Basic, clean and well priced accommodation.

No restaurant and some distance to one. Only continental breakfast on offer.
Hygiene was my issue dirty toilet with previous guests marks still in, smelly room, dirty cups and spoons, dirty bedding, shabby offering. It needs a good deep clean and refresh in rooms it felt tired and battered various paint colours in the shower room. Pictures are somewhat misleading given my experience of the presentation.
