I was visiting friends who live in Riverside so the location was perfect. Plenty of parking, big comfortable king size bed. Tea, coffee and biscuits along with water bottles replenished daily.
Check in was at the bar and staff were friendly.
Very quiet at night, couldn't even hear a door open!
Only downside was how loud the cleaning staff were on one of the mornings!! Singing, yelling to each other across the carpark, very colourful language, and all right outside my door that had a Do Not Disturb sign hanging.

This old style brick hotel may be okay for a single night stopover but it is definitely not a holiday destination. It is an unattractive building in a carpark at the back of a pub and on a very noisy main road.
The walls are very thin. You can hear every movement and words of both neighbouring rooms. Fortunately, I did not hear anything from the floor above.
The rooms are basic and clean but need a few more facilities. For example, there's a mini kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster but no crokery or cutlery.
The bathroom is clean and a decent size but the hot and cold taps are back to front .. which is a hazard and makes for an uncomfortable shower.
There's a laundry but unfortunately the washing machine is out of order and appears to have been for quite a long time. This was a complete nuisance for me as I intended to do laundry when there.
I wouldn't stay again.
