We received very early in the morning and they tried to find a room, even tough it was not available I could easily see they tried, called and tried to help us checkin earlier . They could just say "no" . The location is great, in the middle of everything, could be noisy at night due to the pub but still it is a nice hotel. Next time definitely I will stay there again

I booked an unrefurbished room so I expected it to be a little old, which it was, but what fantastic value and what fantastic staff!
Room had a wardrobe, desk with drawers, TV, two single beds with blankets, a kettle (but no tea or coffee - bring your own) and a balcony (no table or chairs). Bathroom came with soap, shampoo and body wash, there was a bath with a shower over it. Breakfast was extra 20 BGN per day (10 Euros) - pay at reception in the morning then enjoy your breakfast upstairs. Breakfast included hams/salami, toast, jams, cereal, a few types of juice/fruit infused water, tea/coffee, cocktail sausages (the very little ones), a cabbage/cheese mix, fried egg, boiled potato, and toasties (ham or cheese)

This room with Balcony was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The reception team was always helpful and responsive to any needs we had during our stay.
The location was excellent, with easy access to food outlets, public transport, and taxis making it very convenient.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again. Without a doubt, I give this property an 08/10!

Very old furniture and interior. The rooms looks like they have never been touched since 70's. Dirty bath, a bit noisy air-conditioning especially outside body . Great location, but that's it .
