We booked a sea/partial sea view in RH Bayren Hotel & spa. Initally i booked 5 nights & then added a night to the booking & arrived a day early. I requested a large or double bed as we are a couple & had the option of choosing 2 x single/double. When we got to the room we had 2 x single beds, I phoned reception & inquired about the bed, I was told they had no other available rooms & put a topper on the mattresses the following day. I then noticed our sea view/partial sea view room was looking directly into other hotels. The tv wasnt working but we decided to get freshened up & go out for food. After breakfast the following morning we went to reception & asked for new batteries for remote & raised this issue regarding the sea view. The receptionist asked me to show her confirmation of the booking details. I went to my room & returned to show her the 2 x separate bookings with sea/partial sea view included. She went away & came back to tell me there were no standard rooms available with a sea/partial sea view. She asked who I booked through- booking.com & I replied 'Agoda'. She said they would have bo rooms available until Saturday & if I wanted a sea view I would have to pay more as I already had received a discount. I explained to her my discount being €25 was just because I book with Agoda alot & had received same. I asked her to confirm what she was saying was true, she said Agoda was advertising a 'standard' room which they don't have. This lady made me feel beneath her for getting a €25 discount on a hotel bill for almost €*** I contacted Agoda last Thursday about & asked about the room. There latest response was I never informed reception about the room view. Wow! One thing I cannot stand are lies. Shame on you! During the course of our stay our fridge wasn't working & our air conditioning started to leak over the bathroom door. All issues were resolved promptly. Nice hotel to look at, nice location, . Sould be noted on Agoda website the photos of the upstairs infinity pool are all additional extras. The pool downstairs was nice, overcrowded & no sun beds at times but we waited until siesta. Breakfast is very good! Unfortunately my booking was non refundable, if I could I would have moved hotel after my negative interaction with the receptionist last Thursday morning.

Booked a room with a sea view/partial sea view for 6 nights at the start of July for my partners 40th Birthday. We were given a room at the back of the hotel with two single beds even though I requested a double during booking. We booked in late & I phoned reception to mention about same, I was told there was no other room available & we would have to wait until the next day to get a mattress topper. Myself & my partner approached reception after breakfast & discussed the room view with the receptionist & tv which wasnt working. She asked to see my booking as I had booked through Agoda . My phone was left in the room, when I returned & showed her the booking she told me they have no standard rooms with a sea/partial sea room in the hotel and said Agoda is advertising a false room?! I was told if I wanted a sea view I would have to wait until Saturday & would have to pay extra as I had already got a discount, this was €*** from Agoda VIP. I explained this was because I book with them on several occasions. This lady made me feel humiliated, we spent €*** on our stay. The property provides room information to third parties so I knew this information was untrue. Over the course of our stay, we had leaking air con in our room & the fridge was not working, all were fixed promptly. There was a small plastic stool in the bathroom when we arrived which had several dark hairs on it, it was never cleaned. We didn't use same, this was still dirty 6 days later so clearly housekeeping is not up to scratch. Breakfast is nice. Pool is overcrowded on days, on two occasions there were no sun loungers available. The infinity pool you see in the photos is at an additional cost so be mindful as this is not advertised on the agoda page. We were received any apology from the hotel staff team. This standard sea/partial sea room is still available on Agoda so clearly the receptionist was telling untruths.
