Terrible check-in experience with their staff who did not let me check in the day I landed after a 13-hour flight. They only communicated with me the day of the booking there was an issue for payment between Agoda and Sonder. My payment to Agoda was successful but they had issues with getting payment from Agoda. This was not my issue and the call centre person told me that I had to call Agoda and that they had no way to contact them.
Total miscommunication on their end on the payment they were trying to claim from Agoda. Terrible and stressful experience and I would not book Sonder again through Agoda. They are not equipped to handle third-party vendor reservations this way. I would not recommend this Sonder booking.
