I have stayed here a few times before, its a great hotel in a good location. Staff are always helpful and polite, the hotel is near the RER station with coffee shops near by too.

The manager is a very very rude man whose English and French both have strong accent. He couldn’t express his meaning well in English, but he dare shout at a guest who is an American when the American couldn’t understand what he was talking about. He asked the American:”Do you speak English?”
The hotel has many ridiculous rules, such as changing the towel once a week or you need pay for that; The guests need throw away their trash themselves to first floor; the guests need go to front desk to get something what they need. No workers serve for you; Microwave was broken; the outlets don’t work well; the shower room doesn’t have a door, shower water will splash out……
