Spacious clean room with shower facilities and kitchenette. Do inquire in advance for check ins and passcode for entering rooms. Rather hotel reception should send detailed process of check in and parking entrance , for all hotel guests, the location is not on the main road and not so obvious, particularly for non Italian speaking guests

We went on trip around italy and in bergamo we stayed at Residenza del Borgo. The best accomodation during our trip. The room is sizable, the amenities are complete, the staff is extremely helpful (grazie a buona signora al rezepsione). We regretted to not stay for more than one night. It is that good.
